What's Included in the Price
The cost of laser cartridge refilling includes removing spent toner from the hopper, cleaning the main working components, and checking the condition of the photoconductor drum and rollers. For CISS, the service includes refilling the external ink tanks, checking the ink level and ink supply, and removing air bubbles when necessary. Print quality is checked after servicing.
Additional Work
Replacement of worn or damaged components is not included in the refilling price. If necessary, replacement of the photoconductor drum, magnetic roller, primary charge roller (PCR), wiper blade, doctor blade, chip, and other components is charged separately. The need for replacement is determined based on the condition of the cartridge.
On-Site Service
For servicing 1–10 cartridges, the on-site service fee is 2 000 ₸. For servicing 11 or more cartridges, no on-site service fee is charged.
Printer and MFP Firmware Service Pricing
The price list includes only some of the models for which firmware flashing or chip resoldering is available. The feasibility and cost of the work depend on the specific device. If the required model is not listed, provide its exact model designation — we will confirm whether the work can be performed and determine the cost.

What is included in the price
The price includes firmware flashing or chip resoldering for a compatible device. Before starting the work, the printer or MFP model is checked and the appropriate method for the specific device is determined. After the work is completed, the device is tested for startup and proper operation with the cartridge.
What may affect the cost
If the device has already been flashed, updated, or has errors related to the software or cartridge, this should be reported before the work begins. In such cases, additional diagnostics or other work may be required — these are charged separately and agreed upon in advance.
Cartridge Component Replacement Prices
The replacement cost depends on the cartridge model, component type, and nature of the work. Base prices are provided for most items, while the cost of individual components is determined based on the cartridge model.
Photoconductor Drum
Photoconductor drum replacement in case of wear, damage, or deterioration in print quality.
Wear of the photoconductor drum may appear as recurring spots, streaks, background shading, and other print defects.
from1,500₸
Magnetic Roller
Magnetic roller replacement in case of wear of the working surface or uneven toner delivery.
Wear of the magnetic roller may result in uneven print density, light areas, and other image defects.
from1,000₸
Primary Charge Roller
Primary charge roller replacement in case of wear, contamination, or surface damage.
A faulty PCR may cause background shading, recurring spots, streaks, and other defects associated with uneven photoconductor drum charging.
from1,000₸
Wiper Blade
Replacement of the wiper blade that cleans the photoconductor drum.
A worn wiper blade may cause background shading, streaks, and toner residue on prints.
from1,000₸
Metering Blade
Metering blade replacement in case of wear or damage.
Wear of the metering blade may cause uneven toner application, light printing, and missing areas in the image.

Cartridge Chip
Chip replacement when required after refilling or in case of a faulty installed component.
A faulty or incompatible chip may cause cartridge recognition errors and incorrect status indication.

Do you still have questions about service costs?
This section provides answers to frequently asked questions about the cost and servicing of printers, MFPs, and cartridges. It covers service conditions, additional costs, and possible situations that may arise after a cartridge refill or servicing.
- Yes, if the main components are in working condition. During servicing, the condition of the photoconductor drum, rollers, wiper blade and other components is checked. If their wear does not affect print quality, only the cartridge refill is performed without any additional work.
- The cost includes removing the spent toner, cleaning the main working components, refilling the cartridge with toner appropriate for its model and design, checking the condition of the photoconductor drum and rollers, reassembly and print quality testing. Replacement of worn or damaged components is charged separately.
- Components need to be replaced when they are worn, damaged or no longer perform within their intended specifications, resulting in degraded print quality. Signs may include backgrounding, streaks, repeated spots, light or uneven printing, and other print defects. The condition of the main components is assessed during servicing, after which the need for replacement is determined. Replacement parts are charged separately.
- Yes. If component wear is detected during servicing, the cartridge can be refilled and the worn components replaced at the same time. The cost of additional work is agreed upon before it is performed.
- If streaks, backgrounding, repeated spots, light or uneven printing remain after a refill, the cause may be related to worn cartridge components or a printer malfunction. In this case, the source of the defect and the need for additional servicing or repair are determined.
- Yes. During servicing, the cartridge can be refilled, cleaned and any necessary work can be performed at the same time. If worn components need to be replaced, their cost and the additional work are agreed upon separately.
- The cause may be related to the chip, the cartridge contacts or the printer itself. First, the condition of the cartridge and its connection to the device are checked. If chip replacement or other additional repair is required, the cost is agreed upon separately.
- To check, simply provide the exact model of the printer or MFP. If necessary, the current software version can also be specified. This makes it possible to determine whether the procedure can be performed and what it will cost.
- The result depends on the model and the procedure being performed. Firmware can change how the device works with the cartridge or remove a software restriction that prevents the consumable from being recognized or used. The exact result is determined for the specific model.
- Firmware changes the software part of the printer, while chip resoldering is performed directly on an electronic component of the cartridge or device. The appropriate method depends on the model and the reason why the printer does not accept the cartridge.
- If an official software update is installed after flashing, settings or restrictions associated with the previous procedure may change. Therefore, before updating the printer, it is advisable to check whether the update is compatible with the installed firmware.
